Let me just say that long distance running in the rain is not a good idea sometimes. That thing that happened to Andy Bernard happened to me today. Runner's nipple is no laughing matter.
I'm not sure what I was expecting from a thread titled 'Check out my nipples'... but for some reason it wasn't actually seeing your nipples. Especially not in that state. And the worse thing about my post is that it will bump your thread, increase the view count, and make it more likely some other chump will click on it.
I clicked....curious to see if the op would actually post pics of his nips....or if it was some kind of joke / video.... obviously it was the latter.....and yuck. That looks nasty, and painful.
Were you wearing UnderArmor? I usually run wearing a tightfitting UnderArmor shirt and my nipples are fine.
Dude that happens to me too! But I didn't know that they can start bleeding, usually I stop when they hurt too much and then shoot hoops . Also that pic is gross.
when i used to run outside in the summers, i would get bloody nipples all of the time. the salt from my sweat would rub into the bloody nipples and it would sting like hell. now whenever i run outside in the heat, i ALWAYS wear band-aids over them.
