i got the paypal debit card and am looking for the bank who offers the cheapest atm fees.

also, the max withdrawl limit per day for the paypal card is $400, so it would be nice if it could accomodate that as well.

    thanks!

Yeah, but you'd have to buy a pack of gum, get back in another line--repeat 9 times to get $400.

    Most banks don't charge.

If you use your banks ATM's there is no fee. But if you use another bank's atm's they can give you a fee.

If you have COMPASS BANK, they pay you back for any fees other banks charge you.

fyi ..every year, if USAA exceeds their profit goal, they take the excess, divide it by the # of members and issues refunds

we usually get a nice $100-$200 check back towards the end of every year

we too do everything though them ..insurance, finances, etc.........I will be with them for the rest of my life ..they are that good

    Its all about Compass Bank.

Every ATM in the world is free and they refund you the fees that other banks charge.
