Im still hoping TWill takes Chase's starting spot by the end of the season. The guy brings much better defense, and a playmaking ability that we sorely lack especially from the wing position. He has so much potential, i just hope we dont lose the guy.

Its his second night starting after two near 30 point games. On a back to back of his first starting minutes. I think I might take alarger body of work than this game including Trevor Ariza guarding him where he still scores 8 points in 28 minutes and we still win the game.

    Just maybe?:)

He's been over on the Spurs board slamming the Rockets for trading Brooks.

A poster says "Plus, Morey could use the picks to move up in the draft."
and DD sites passing on Rashard Lewis and trading 3 picks for Griffin. Neither of which, of course, had anything to do with Morey.

(this one is my personal favorite where he says "Brooks was playing great at the beginning of the year (Pre injury) 20ppg, and over 7 assists a game, unfortunatly he got hurt, and then came back too early" . In reality Brooks was averaging 13.6 pts/game at the time of his injury vs SA.)

Apparently DD didn't mean it when he said "Exactly, come on boys....step up.

I will also admit I was wrong if Lowry keeps the starting spot, and the coaches make that decision.

What say you? We are all for what is good for the Rockets, right?"

What happened with DD, anyway? Did he get banned? Why? Or is he hibernating after losing all his favorites---Wafer, Spanoulis, now Brooks?

While I appreciate the stalking by Aelliot, I am not slamming anyone, I thought the Thabeet trade was pretty good, except that we gave up Ish, whom I liked a lot.

And did not like the Brooks trade, as it seemed like we were selling low, and it was more motivated by the Rockets not willing to pay one of their better players.

I will not argue with anyone about how he was playing, there is not much to say, he was seriously struggling, however, just like CBud, Brooks is in a slump and has proven over the course of an entire year that he can play well, so I expect him to get back to his play of last year.

I wish him luck, but he is no longer a Rocket, so I will not be following him all that closely.

And Aelliott I already admitted I was ok with the coaches choosing Kyle as the starter, did it more than a month ago, still ok with it, think he is playing great, I still have my doubts, but he erases more of them as the year goes along.

I really like what Chase is bringing and his movement off the ball has been great, those 2 cuts that Chuck hit him on tonight were fantastic.

Is he a star? No, but he is a good complimentary piece.

Now, back to the Rox, let's not clutter the GARM up with personal insults, some things we are all not going to agree upon.

But we all root for the Rox.

I don't like the fact that he went hiatus after the whole debate is over and sorted. There is nothing wrong with having a strong opinion, but if you don't stand up and admit the others were right after all, it's just annoying, and even borderline cowardly.

He did afterall fill the whole garm with elitist "posters don't know basketball" posts, I think it's only respectful to the members of this board if he just admits he was wrong.

Chase is a good role player who can score buckets when his shot is falling.
