And the Wolves were already running low on healthy bodies as is...
It is relative. And Rockets with Adelman weren't super great in last shots. Though you can say at least the coach prepared them correctly, and its on Budinger himself from shying away. Compared to McHale not being that good on the last shots, but Chander Parsons being braver in the clutch on his own Unless I'm mistaken, that money ONLY concerns the Blazers. Brandon Roy does NOT collect any of that. But someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Roy was owed the money from the Blazers anyway. The $17M is purely between the insurance company and the Blazers. So unless he is an investor in that insurance company, he doesn't stand to benefit from it.
Sucks for Chase, even more because he's on a contract year. Hope he comes back strong. -This is a moot point because both coaches would tell us that success depends on personnel. -Yes, BeeBeard is way out of line calling Roy a fraud, he was owed that money no matter what he did. It sucks for the Blazers because this already happened to them with Darius Miles, but it actually puts a grin on my face because I have no sympathy for their filthy rich owner.
