Is there anything new on this? I think it's BS that dish network now has it, but DirecTV doesn't. Pretty soon they will start losing customers because of it.
DirecTV has no immediate plans to add KNWS, and there is no news of negotiations between the two parties. If DISH satisfies your needs, go ahead and switch. However, if you can receive it, the uncompressed OTA option (analogue or digital) remains the best way to watch 51.
