Anyone else watch this? I always get a kick out of drill instructors. Recruit Coolio (that sounds so funny) ended up winning.
I noticed poor Greg Brady popped up on this one too. I guess he was emboldened by his big match on celebrity boxing. It's sad to see all these used-to-be famous people trying to stay in the public eye. I have to believe there would be more dignity just anonymously flipping burgers at McDonald's than participating in this desperate circus show.
Yea, this was a whos who of pseudo-celebs... Coolio Traci Bingham David Faustino (Bud Bundy) Barry Williams (Greg Brady) Tiffany one of the Milli Vanilli guys Vitamin C??..Who da hell is this? some blond girl from The Price Is Right Cato Kaelin(sp?) Lorenzo Lamas I'll admit that Coolio impressed me, I didnt really expect him to be able to put up with the order taking, gettin screamed at type stuff. With his rep as a gangsta rapper, I figgered he would get pissed and do something stupid. Overall..just another lame Fox time waster..I dont know why I waste my time watching em...(I actually only saw 1 hour of it)
You know Vitamin C, the one hit wonder - "Graduation"... she also had another song, I think called "Put a smile on your face" or something
Did anybody watch that show with Celebrities doing stunts? That was pretty cool how Lamas made that motorcycle jump. And Rodman driving a car off a cliff seemed interesting. That was weird watching him get hurt. He was ontop of the world and cheering his ass off when he suddenly realized he was heading face first into the side of the cliff.
Coolio is one tough mutha! Fear Factor and Boot Camp? damn! I don't know how they could get 100K, but on the show they said 50K. Smokey, still doesn't help..I'm not real familiar with pop stuff..die hard metal head here.. RH, what happened to the other one? You can tell Tiffany is dying for some recognition, first Playboy..then this? why doesn't she just get a normal life if she can't convince anyone to give her a recording contract anymore.. I can't understand why Coolio is doin all these reality shows, isn't he still in demand in the rap biz? Kato I can understand, he's just tryin to stretch out his 15 minutes..
from the Fabrice Morvan website (the dead half of milli vanilli) "But for Rob, things were far more tragic: Depression led him to drug abuse, to several resulting arrests, and to a failed suicide attempt. Bailed out of jail by none other than Frank Farian, Rob returned to Germany to work on a new Farian project. Soon after, on April 5, 1998, Rob Pilatus died of an accidental combination of drugs and alcohol. He was 33."
uh, don't you mean the alive half? LOL... ok RH, thanks..I really didnt know about that. I guess the embarassment of the MV scandal must have really got to him.
I watched the last 10 minutes, and I didn't even know the show existed until then. Cato stuck by the boys. I thought that was great for some stupid reason. Mildly entertaining to see who would win.
