CDR had 31 points tonight. He had 27 in his last game. He was as much a reason why Memphis got to rhe finals as rose. We had a chance to take him which I think a lot of people on this board wanted, but instead we took joey dorsey.

Yup. It was disturbing because it seemed like such a simple pick to make. I was SHOCKED that we didn't pick him after he fell so far down the board.

Good for him. Wasn't sure if he was going to put it all together after his rather disappointing rookie year. He's definitely been a pleasant surprise on this pitiful 0-12 Nets team.

On the bright side, getting a healthy Devin Harris makes them decent. Lopez is the real deal. Terrence Williams is good. Now CDR is starting to pan out. When healthy they are much better than their record indicates.

    Fool's gold.

That team is awful right now and somebody has to take the shots.

    He's a poor man's Lee Nailon.

Glad to see him back and doing well. I expected more from him last year. Hope he can keep on improving.

His shooting percentage is good. He gets to the line. He even rebounds a bit. Granted, he probably won't keep this up once teams get a good look at how to defend him. But as of right now, he's definitely a huge positive to the Nets(assuming his defense isn't Steve Novak-like).

Last years Cbud. If you like Cbud at 44, you have to like CDR at 40. Don't agree that he's fools gold, he's shooting a high %, being aggressive and getting to the line and making his FTs. Plus getting a guy at 40 that can help a team is invaluable.

Don't think they are quite the same type. CDR isn't as much a shooter that Cbud is, but he is a as crafty scorer as there is. Really don't know how he got dropped so low last year.

Besides CDR, I wish we had chosen DeAndre Jordan instead of Dorsey.

My thoughts as well, but I can't bring myself to watch a Nets game to see what's really up.
