Well I was hoping it would not come to this point. But I have had several things dropped in my lap thelast few days and I am really behind. If there is anyone who thinks they may have time to finish and update the central division let me know.I have just not had enough time and Icannot keep promising to get it done and then have that fall thru. I am more than willing to continue to host I just don't have time to keep up with stats and trades and whatnot. If you are interestedletme know and I can get you the current files so you do not have to start from scratch. I will still host the other pages and have no problems updating them (Heath does most of the work I just upload them to the server).

That would work.I will send the files to you if you want. The only thing you would really have to do is change your stats and keep up with your roster and team news. Then after you update just send me the files that have changed.

I can't do it, but I'm keeping my own page updated. Cleveland.

I was wondering what was taking so long with the Pacers page you promised... [IMG]

I would update my own page, but I know zero html (and have no html editor except maybe what comes bundled with IE or netscape).

    Ditto what Sammie says.

I know that you can just change what is already in the code, but I have no idea how to upload it or anything...

Take a look at the files when he sends them to you. Read the tutorials a bignosebird.com

It'll make sense, you'll learn a new skill, you'll have some fun.

    It's easy.

It is actually very easy. Use Netscape composer and most of the work is just highlighting text and typing in changes. To edit pictures it is just right clicking and clicking on image properties. The hard part for me is finding time to get all the updated stats. Especially since we have been simming like everyday. I can't even manage to keep up with my own team for now(however if the others of you take on your team then I will keep updating my own). The only problems I have had with these particular tema pages is that occasionally the tables get out of line. but after a few minutes of messing around with them they are easily fixed.

BTW I actually have a partial Pacers page up. I had pictures in but the stats and rosters were from the pistons.

If you guys change your mind about keeping up your pages let me know where to email the files to. My league address is ccsim@ev1.net

I do the uploading(which is actually pretty easy with the right programs) All you have to do is edit the page and mail the files, you change, to me.

Basic HTML is not that complicated either. I actually does all the Atlantic in a texteditor (WordPad, NotePad).

It is somewhat easier in a composer like Frontpage Express or Netscape Composer, but I have found is that those programs adds things sometimes without my knowledge or desire so I prefer the full control basic HTML gives me. To edit or change the pages, you just find the right part and just change the numbers or the text. (I know the pages has some more advanced stuff in it, but that is just to skip those elements and leave them unchanged).

If you want to try doing it the way I have described I could offer a helping hand in the beginning - just e-mail me at: haathoma@online.no

You can also use MSword to update your pages. Save in HTML or 'web page'. There is a free "HTML writer" somewhere on the web. It is very basic, but it works nicely.

I'm game to try and update my page, if you want to send it to me. My email addy is listed under my profile. But if you're going to do that, would you fix whatever the error it is that causes a fault at line 17 (stack overflow) on my page, or tell me how to do it? I can maybe figure out how to update the tables etc. on my own, as well as swapping Hill's and Bender's pictures.

Thanks for the website, GB. Looks like it has some good information.
