This guy is just all hustle now, with minutes he will get double figure boards every night! He is also playing good D, picking up some steals and blocks in the last few contests. I was disappointed that Willis was eatig up his time against the Grizzlies. 35+ minutes I would give him per night.

I agree, he has been playing very well lately and he should stay in there longer to see if he can keep these numbers up.

I'm not sure about the respect part yet, but the boy has been playing well, getting boards & steals, and showing a bit of hussle (at last!). He has earned more playing time - a sentance I thought I would never say about Cato.

One thing to consider though, is that perhaps Cato can't afford to hustle or play as hard, if he is counted on to play 30-35 mins per game.

If Cato knows that he will only play 20-25 mins a game, then he knows that he can go all out 110% and not worry about fouls or fatigue.

However, if he knows we need him for 35 mins, he might not be as aggresive for fear of fouling out, or getting tired.
