    Cato REALLY sticking up for Yao and talking about how it is just a matter of time before he gets in there. He said once the media gets out of his face, he'll be fine.

    His attitude has really been amazing this year. He said he will always stick up for Yao because he is his teammate.

    Cato has easily been the most impressive Rocket in our first 2 games. I can't believe I'm saying that, but it's undeniable.

    Props to Cato. He's coming out and playing some ball.

    like i said in the game thread, i've never wanted cato in a game as much as i did with about 8 minutes left. we needed someone to get some boards and cato has been doing that very well as well as playing good D and being physical. it's only 2 games, but it's a very impressive start. hope he keeps it up. he's taking a lot of importance away from ming's early struggles which is key.

    I am loving Cato! His skills may be limited, but he is hustling and working hard. He is playing great.

    Man I love Cato. I was saying the Rockets would be crazy to trade him, he's a great back-up and a capable starter. The only problem I had with Cato in the past is his effort sometimes and his dedication. He seemed to be out of shape in year's passed, and didn't give a full effort. But now Cato is working hard and giving a strong effort and that's good enough for me. And to stand up for your teammates, that's what it's all about!

    It seemed like Cato didn't care last year, but now he is working his butt off. I am starting to like him. HE IS ALSO HITTING FREE THROWS BETTER!

    Cato always had the talent, he just need the motivation and drive. I guess all those injuries really got to him, the first 3 years. Or maybe he is taking some medication. What ever it is, I like it. He has been a stud the first two games.

    Cato has been THE shinning spot on the Rockets team so far.

    And jlaw, don't expect me to sing the praises of a power forward that only avg's 6 rebounds and 4 pts while avging about 35 minutes a game.

    I don't have a problem with Cato starting as long as he contributes. That'll take a lot of the pressure off of Yao. I just wish Collier wasn't playing as much.

    CATO=Reform.

    His attitude really seems to be much improved.

    If CATO keeps this up he can really make a difference this season. :rolleyes:

    I don't know, in limited minutes Collier had 6 points, 5 rebounds and a block. 4 of those 5 rebound were offensive rebounds. That'great production from the 3rd center!

    Other than his 2 fouls due to a complete lapse of self control in the second quarter, he has played smart defense. I haven't seen him out of control (physically) so far in the first two games.
