I have seen quite a few threads on clutchfans from people trying to figure out where to buy carpet, and who to get it installed by. So the guys that have gotten this done recently, do you have any recommendations/suggestions (SW Houston Area) I have read that Lowes/Homedepot isn't a good deal at all, and that they screw you on the installation. Any help would be appreciated. Oh and also, do you install the baseboard trim first or get carpeting done first?
