how bad does greenspan look through this whole recession??...remember, he was the one saying he didn't want to cut interest rates back in the first quarter of 2001 because he felt the economy was still growing too fast and was concerned with inflation...turns out we were already in the grips of a deflationary recession. so it appears the fed isn't as "all-knowing" as we might have thought.
