I agree with Manny, 10-12 hours? Good luck. I sleep about 5-7 hours a night but often go with less. I'm a night person and insomniac but often my job keeps me busy since I'm pulling all nighters to get projects out. I try to make up sleep on the weekends but often don't get the chance too. I've also noticed I can't handle too much sleep. If I sleep more than 8 hours I feel really stiff and groggy all day. The best way I've found to deal with lack of sleep is to nap in the late afternoon. If I can get a 10 min. nap in sometime between 4-7PM I'm good until 2AM.
