    Hi Guys,

I bought a new camera and had to return it for the same model. How do I keep the camera from starting numbering the files with the same numbers again. Usually it doesnt matter but we will have pics from both camera in the same folder. is there an easy way to get it to start numbering where the other one left off.

I have not tried it yet but maybe leaving a few pics on the memory card?

Try deleting all images from the camera/card. Transfer/copy the last file that you took onto the card. Go into Menu: File Numbering and changed from Continuous to Auto Reset. Take and picture and see what happen. Don't forget to change your setting back to Auto Rest to Continuous.
