This Sharks guy is complete peasent. What I want to know is, can he do that? I mean, FIBA and NBA have an agreement. Remember the Jake Tzakilidis story, when his team wouldn't let him go, the Suns took the case to the FIBA arbitrators and they ruled in their favor. I don't know the specifics, but if it is the same case I doubt the Chinese would try to screw with FIBA. How does that sound: "China banned from the basketball tournament at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing"? I guess at some point the Rockets may decide to deal directly with the CBA, the Shanhai mayor and the central governmnet. Go get those approvals, bring Yao here, and then let this moron sue us that we didn't get his freaking permission...
