I'm up for a sales position and I'm to take this test tomorrow. It's my understanding that most companies doesn't take this step unless they're serious about hiring you. I've done other online assesments and typically have gotten through, but those were usually the first step in the process. I've already had a phone interview with the hiring manager (over an hour long today). Anyone taken this test? Anything I should be aware of?
