You loan somebody the amount of money that their body is worth, at a reasonable interest rate. If that person dies before the money is repaid or defaults on the loan, you get the body after that person dies. Then, you sell the individual body parts to hospitals. Just like a car engine, human body parts are worth a LOT more individually.
As you get older, the value of your body parts depreciates, so the bank will probably kill you prematurely in order to get their money's worth.
