    As far as I know, it's impossible to get internet through your TV, so I'll take internet and find cable shows online somehow.

    Simple question, isn't it?

    Internet. You can watch TV through the internet. Plus you can't access CFnet from your TV.

    I moved in March, and didn't have Cable turned on until recently. I got by fine without it until basketball season. I could, if I needed to, watch basketball online. I'd definitely give it up again before high speed internet.

    Between my flash enabled Wii Opera browser and my laptop, I have no need for cable.
