No way I the Rubio rumor gets made into fact. Rubio is one of the best talents in the last draft but I doubt we would make that deal considering he can't get out of his European contract yet and he isn't worth his expected contract and paying his buy out all in one season. Now the Portland deal, that might have legs but no way we give up that much for a guy we would have to stretch the wallet wide just to have play this season. If we still intend to at least look respectable this season Brooks is untradeable. Brooks and Scola are the only guys you know can create their own shot consistently. Trading Brooks would be an admission of saying see you 2010 and Les probably wouldn't go for that.
