Funny! The guys were just bashing him for getting paid to make radio appearances that he would consistently blow off.
Now all of a sudden he wants to speak his mind.
I enjoyed watching you play AB, but if you want to get paid like a pro, behave like a pro.

I wouldn't be surprised if Brooks learns a few things from Nash and becomes a better PG and overall player rather than just being a undersized shooting guard

Apparently he's contractually obligated to appear on 610, so "money" would be the answer. The guys on 610 were talking about how Brooks not only quite on the Rockets but he also quit on 610 (their quote not mine). They said that he's contractually obligated to do a Thursday show on 610 but he's continually blown off the show and not shown up.

Yeah, I'm a fan and hope he rights the ship moving forward. He was a good player for us.

Good luck To AB, I appreciate his time here. He helped make last year exciting when there was little hope of a playoff run.

I don't hold the outburst against him, I really don't believe that's who he is. I think when healthy, he'll get his confidence back and come back strong.

Thank you for your time here, you'll be missed. My memories of you will be your success against Portland and the Lakers in the playoffs.

It may be your opinion, but it is uncalled for.

He will be missed more than people realize. Man, I still can't believe Morey did it. Horrible trade is horrible.

Wish nothing but the best. I hope it works out for him and he gets a fresh start. The Rockets get a guy who knows his role as a backup and is 6'3". I can't wait to see the Rockets prove the tankers on the board wrong and make the damn playoffs.

Its not a horrible trade. Rockets weren't going to resign him in the off-season. No logical GM pays that much money for an undersized backup.

How do you all fail to realize this.............

I remember last year Brooks was trying to convince Lowry to stay here. Well, look how the tables have turned. :(

Its one thing to be a back up behind a HOF its another to be a back up on a losing team.
