The conditions are crazy. As pointed about by Tirico, keep this in mind: Ben Curtis went into the clubhouse 15 mins ago at +7, tied for 19th. Let's see how high up he is when the round is finished. He's already up to 15th.

I almost feel sorry for the guys out there today.

It's really cool to see Greg Norman back out there and playing well. I don't feel sorry for any of them, though. They're playing in the British Open. This is part of the game.

Man, I hope Norman wins this. Story of the year.

I hated watching him at the 1996 masters.

The only thing I don't like about watching golf lately is all the people yelling, "GET IN THE HOLE!" Has it always been this way at pro events?

Even though he hasn't shown any nerves yet, I have a bad feeling about tomorrow for The Shark.

    Today was wonderful to watch.

Tomorrow the Shark can erase all of his bad luck/choke jobs.

Before the 96 Masters the Shark fell victom to many bad breaks

Story of the year could be this 20 year old amateur making a run, Chris Wood.

Announcers have been on Norman saying he's playing too aggresive with his driver. If he played it safe he'd probably be winning.

I got home in time to see Harrington walk up the 18th fairway to applause. Unforgettable moment for him.

Harrington is a very engaging guy with a great personality. He did the trophy ceremony very well.

And, to think, he almost didn't play because of his wrist.
