Ok whose left in the pen to pitch if this game goes to extras other than Miceli?

Perchance before his next appearance behind the plate, someone might show this ump exactly where the strike zone is, cause he don't know.

Brad Lidge collects his 100th strikeout of the season on an absolutely vicious pitch.

Gallo must be cut. He's a sorry excuse for a reliever. It seems everytime he pitches, he gives up a run, often a momentum turning inning.

Astros looked like they were in the playoffs against the Braves. A disgrace of a bullpen and couldn't get a clutch hit to save their life. Thats why the Braves are the Braves and the Astros are the Astros.

couldn't get a clutch hit? how about everett's two out hit? how about biggio taking a walk with 2 outs to bring a run in? 5 runs should have been enough. a 4 run lead in the 7th should have been enough.

the problem was the bullpen. but when your starter goes down in the first inning, it doesn't bode well for the night. even when that starter is Oliver.

The TBS feed here was 15 seconds in front of the FOX SW feed. I got to watch every play 2X. Each time secretly wishing the results would change to the Astros favor when I switched channels.

I know the pitching sucked today but the Stos are the only team without a walk off win this season. That has to tell you something. Lack of hitting in late innings

i agree with you...but i don't think that was really the story of last night's game. they should have never been in that position, frankly.

Tell me about it. Weathers can't pitch and Hidalgo finally starts hitting homeruns again. I can't believe we made such a horrible deal.
