[boxing] Guzman v. Soto

    Tonight is Guzman v. Soto. It is on regular HBO. They will also show last week's Mosley v. Cotto.

    I don't know anything about the other fighters, mares and marchiano, in the card.

    But Guzman v. Soto should be a very good and exciting fight.

    I knew Guzman would win, but the scores were off, I don't think it was that clean of a win for Guzman. Pretty good fight but I expected Soto to fight a little smarter than that, he got into the Guzman's game too much and lost his concentration after the first couple of rounds. Guzman seemed a little more "elusive" than usual, but thats probably because of Mayweather Sr. training him.

    I still do not think the guy can stand toe to toe with fighters who have more power, like Pacquiao or Marquez. Would be nice to see him beat up on Rocky Juarez though and have him face the winner of the inevitable Marquez vs Pacquiao rematch.
