Wouldn't it have been easier to kill him than to shoot him in the throat to keep him quiet (seems to be what you are implying)? Regardless of whether or not he talks again (haven't heard it was a permanent situation), he can still communicate.
I'm not implying anything. I'm just asking, how in the world is he climbing out of the boat one second with his hands raised in the air, and the next he is on the ground with a tube out of his neck?
Innocent until proven guilty references our legal system. It doesn't, and never has, referenced public opinion. People make judgments about things all the time. No one waited for a legal system to decide Osama bin Laden was guilty of 9/11, for example. We'd be waiting a long time. If people are wrong, so be it. If you weren't implying anything and "just asking", you wouldn't use words like "conveniently". If it's just a innocent question with no potential agenda, what is convenient about him being shot in the throat and not being able to talk?
This is what all conspiracy theorists say. It leaves them some wiggle room when they are inevitably proved wrong.
I guess that is a good enough reason to gun down two kids. So is there an actual answer to the question besides calling people conspiracy theorists?
maybe some of our legal experts here can answer this....but how is it that police were able to go door to door and throw homeowners off their property with guns pointed at their heads -- without any search warrants? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nrkcUV_7Qk
At bare minimum, we know: 1. Tsarnev shot a cop. 2. The brothers continued to shoot at cops and had a lot of guns. 3. There was a ****load of bomb making equipment in Tsarnev's home. 4. The brothers didn't react at all when the bomb went off. And I'm sure there's a few other things I'm missing. No, I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for all of that.
I don't recall people having opinions about things being the equivalent of gunning down kids. First, you'd have to ask the police what exactly they say happened.
They said he was critically wounded from the fire fight the night before. Meanwhile he is climbing out of the boat unscathed.
I didn't read it, I saw it. There are pictures of him climbing out. No blood on his clothes, no blood in the boat. And then the next second he is on the ground with a tube in his neck and blood gushing everywhere.
Link to these pictures? Only pics I've seen of him climbing out were grainy infrared-type pics taken from overhead. Just because he was able to climb out of the boat doesn't automatically mean he was totally unscathed.
Do you have a link to these pictures? This seems to conflict with reports I've read (which state blood on the boat led to his discovery), but I've not had a chance to really look through any pictures.
What two kids were gunned down? Is one of the kids a 26 year old who was involved in the killing of an MIT policeman and was involved in hurling explosive devices and engaging in a gun battle with police? Is this the same kid who hijacked a car and was involved in a robbery as well?
From what I heard, the brothers had nothing to do with the robbery. Through sheer coincidence, they happened to be in the 7/11 when another completely unrelated guy robbed the store. But yeah, no one was gunned down. The brothers were engaged in a gun battle with the police, and I read an article by a witness to the battle who took photos, so it definitely happened. Normally, that gets you killed and no one complains. But even then, the police didn't kill him, they managed to take down the older brother without killing him - until the younger brother, for a reason only he knows, charged the police with a car and ran over his brother in the process.
You're out of your mind. I actually DO think you can see blood on his shirt in that picture. It's very grainy but there are dark stains. The throat wound was self inflicted as the cops came to get him. I hate how people stick with the "I'm just asking questions" defense. Reach down and try to locate your sack. If you have an opinion, stick by it. If you have to hedge your bets because you think you might look like an idiot later, you probably already look like an idiot now.
Let's think about this for a second. The throat wound was self inflicted as cops came to get him. So he climbed out of the boat on his own will, just to cut his throat while the cops came to get him. Why does he need to come out of the boat to cut his own throat again? If you are about to take your own life, do you really need to acquiesce to the police by coming out of the boat to do it?
