You dont see anything wrong with a guy that hired someone he was having an affair with at a public university ... Sorry, but just about anyone would get fired for that without question. I hinestly dont think Petrino survives at Arky after this

Having said that, I agree race plays an issue in what and how the media reports an issue.

 

Niether did Tiger Woods, but guess what. Tiger is still getting killed in the media for it. And guys like Arnold Schawenegger and other white male celebrities do it as well.. And all is forgotten

What I said was that the parents of the recruits might not like Petrino and the choices he made. Don't you think the parents have at least some influence on where a recruit ends up? That's what I said.

I believe the University will have to fire him, due to some morals clause, the issue is that he hired the girl......that is where the line was crossed, IMO.

Honestly, I don't care if he didled with a 25 year old, lots of Philosophy professors are hammering students....but the problem is in the "Being her boss" category.

Everybody at the institution I work at (Arkansas State) is loving this. I can see the issues at hand but I couldn't care less.

 

Yeah that part might get him fired. He has been winning games at Arkansas so I think he will end up staying there.

This would be a no brainer if he wasn't winning games though. With Petrino history he probably wouldn't mind if they let him go lol.
