he's a fine administrator and runs NYC the same way he runs a corporation, which has good and and bad points. Positives: We seem to be more efficient, and I don't get the sense the city gov't spending is out of control under Bloomberg. Negatives: He has a WELL DESERVED and HARD EARNED aura of aloofness when it comes to interacting with the everyday person. OUT OF TOUCH would be a compliment to his perception of how non billionaries live everyday.
