Hakeem has earn a rep for tutor big men these days.
Do y'all think that griffin should ask hakeem to help him.

Even if Blake asks Hakeem for help, how good can Blake become if he learns hakeem's game?

Blake reminds me more of Shawn Kemp.

    Barkley/Kemp hybrid.

He doesn't yet impact the game defensively, but beyond that his all-around game is unbelievable for so one so young.

Shawn Kemp wishes he were as good as Blake Griffin. Griffin is putting up better numbers as a rookie (and without Gary Payton) than Kemp ever put up in his career.

Dunno if Kemp wishes he was Griffin, cause then he wouldn't have all dem kids and donuts no more.

    But point taken.

Blake will be deadly if he works on his mid-range game and 3 over the offseason

(also, leave the Clippers 'cause they are horrible) imagine if he joins the thunder

You can't name a lot of guys that has lasted in the league playing at a high level using mostly their athletic ability for the most part. Griffin imo has created a buzz that the league hasn't seen since Vince Carter's rookie year. But like poeple on here has said he needs to work on other parts of his game.

And what I mean buzz, I mean giving people what they want, and dunking on people and stuff. Lebron had buzz too, but rookie Vince and Griffin did/does something in the game that made your mouth drop every game.

If he stays healthy he is a sure fire hall of famer, and one of the best ever.

One of the Clippers announcers said that if the Clippers' record were reversed (so that they were like, 22-8 or something), then Griffin would be considered a strong MVP candidate.

And you know what? If the records WERE reversed, I honestly think he would be in the top 5, at least, of MVP discussions.

I mean, when is the last time a player won an MVP in his rookie season, much less was in MVP talks?

He is shooting 67% from 3pt land this year too...he is a sure fire hall of famer if he stays healthy.

He only shot five 3 pointers in total, I don't think we could use that as a stat to his advantage.

He sure is great player but if he keeps dunking the ball with force like that his knees will be shattered.

9 straight 20/10 games. Longest such streak since Shaq did it in 2005.

I'm not sure when was the last time a rookie did it, though. Duncan, Shaq, and Robinson all came close, but not 9 straight times.

If you were OKC would trade Durant for Griffin straight up?

Also, side thought, do you think Big Blake should be an all-star? He's putting up the numbers, he's fun to watch, and he's just flat out stellar.
