My friend is having a birthday next month and she has nothing planned so far. The last two years she usually have something planned by now. She mentioned to me like a couple of weeks ago that she just wants to chill with her friends and family somewhere. She is hispanic if this helps at all. I am wondering what are some good places in the city that would be fun for a party get together or something. She does not want to celebrate at a club either even though drinks will be involved whatever we do for her party. So anyways, I am asking for suggestions on places and things to do to celebrate her birthday. She is turning 21 matter of fact.
I dont think we can go outside the city or state because she is saving money to go to Mexico in the same month right before her birthday.
