Bill Parcells Retires

    Bill should of stayed atleast one more year.. Cowboys will still have a good team next year.

    I guess he finally snapped under the pressure and could not hold it any longer. He had achieved all of his on-field goals he had set out to make. :D

    I thought he was going to stay, guess TO was just too much for him.

    Oh, and that choke job the cowgirls pulled.

    ....and making the big bucks and not producing had to be a major blow. JJ was getting fed up with him IMO.

    Take this for what it's worth...

    2 months ago I was told by a friend who is very close to an assistant coach for the Cowboys (won't say who) that Parcells was going to retire after the season and that JJ was going to bring in Jeff Fisher to take over.

    The Parcells thing could have been seen coming, but it is interesting that Fisher hasn't signed an extension yet. I remember hearing things on 610 that Fisher received an offer, then Fisher came out and said no offer was made, etc...

    Like I said, take it for what it's worth, but so far so good.
