Big-macs?

    You're confusing the main character of the movie with the guy in the article...the guy in the article who eats 2 big macs a day is perfectly healthy

    It was more like 3 value meals and around 5000 calories a day. Anywhere you eat taking in that much fat and calories is going to put your life in danger, not just at mcdonalds.

    That guy morgan spurlock is a con artist, and nothing else.

    What did he prove in that stupid movie?

    That if you over-eat, and binge, and consume way too much, then your health will suffer.

    Problem is, that is true of ANY food you eat, or anything at all you consume: eat or drink too much of it, and it will not be good for you.

    He was simply trying to push his agenda that 'fast food' is the problem, when over-eating is the real problem.

    And if you fall for his con, you're exactly the kind of sucker he made the 'film' for.

    That's because he ate it 3 times a day and always finished the Super-sized meals. He could have eaten a head of lettuce 3 times a day for a month and still ended up in the hospital - it's called too much of one thing.
