Went to the game yesterday and am broke now from the ridiculous beer prices at the Toyota Center...need to eat today...Do they still have free Big-Macs at McDonalds for home wins? I'd search but not available...I took 3 vegetarians along so I could get their ticket stubs anticipating a win...

Big Macs are not good for you. I wouldn't get one even if it was free.
But anyways...during the home opener I didn't hear any mention of free big macs if the Rockets win so maybe they stopped doing it this season.

It's two (tiny) pieces of meat, some lettuce, some pickles, a couple pieces of bread, some cheese, and a little bit of Thousand Island dressing. What is so horrible about that? Rearrange it, it's a chopped steak, a salad with some cheese and dressing, and some bread. Doesn't sound like a terrible thing to me.

Last year they changed it to home wins...season before last was 100 pts (pretty much zero bigmacs handed out then)...I searched google...didn't find anything...might just go and try out...as far as big macs not being healthy...read http://abcnews.go.com/Business/story?id=3521002&page=1

Those two tiny pieces of meat, buns, lettuce and sauce are nearly 1000 calories and 50g of fat. Does not sound good to me.

You must be certified crazy because Big MACS are good. Probably the best burger they ever had.

I used to like big mac until I got sick off of one this summer and haven't touched one since. Now I only go to Micky D's for breakfast and spicy mcchicken.

Yeah, spicy mcchicken is one of my favorites....i've noticed a lot of variation on the quality of their breakfast items...specifically the steak egg and cheese bagel...some locations make them perfect...others too much oil, salt etc...i miss the days when they had 2 breakfast burritos for 99 cents

That guy is diving into an early death.

Btw micky d's should come up with some new shakes or something soon! Those mcflurry's and chocolate shakes and stuff are getting old!

Yeah he was in the movie supersize me...actually had normal blood pressure and cholesterol...his diet consisted of 2 big macs per day and 2 cokes...no fries...only about 1500 calorie intake a day so not too unhealthy...

I haven't seen the movie and planning to soon. I still think if that's all he's eating, which is impossible, it's not healthy. Is he consuming any fruits/veggies or anything along with that? I assume he either has a high metabolism or he exercise, hence him being skinny. It's still gonna catch up to him sooner than later.

I know most of us probably consume food that are just as bad on a daily basis.. but at least if you're gonna pick a favorite that's eventually gonna lead to your early death, pick something better. For example, mine are apple pies and tortillas (from Chachos).
