Typo's are fine but when people consistently use it's instead of its, etc., and use street lingo instead of English, then insulting non native English speakers is really pathetic. We should be happy that he is trying to learn to write or speak in our mutant American English, so rather than mock him, try to encourage him. He will learn soon enough if he is really interested.
