I heard it's best not to have headphones on while working out (cardio) because it's can mess with your heart rate. Just like a baby's heart rate will sync up with the mother's when held. Any cardiologist out there with some insight?
I just picked up a pair of backbeat go 2s for 40 bucks from att. Similar to the jaybirds. In think the jaybirds have it beat in every category but the back beats are no slouch for a 3rd of the price.
