A lot of it is real, a lot of its computer-generated graphics. Rent some breakdance movies from the 80's if you want to see more... lol. The group's name is Future Shock. I loved that cut the first time I heard it on XM.

I dont know about everyday situations, but I can do that dance along with liquid, popping and some tutting. .... (usually in clubs)
