I am planning to get a new mobile phone. Right now I have my mind set on this phone: P800 SPECIFICATIONS The P800 is a master of mobile versatility. It’s a digital camera, a video player, an MP3 player and an organizer with a colour touchscreen. It supports polyphonic sound, Multimedia messaging (MMS), Java and BluetoothTM. And you can play 3D games in wide-screen format using the on-screen touch controls. Some say it’s a phone. We say it’s a P800. The P800 comes with a 16MB Memory Stick Duo plus additional 12MB internal storage space where you can store everything from video clips and your own photo album to polyphonic ring signals and Java applications. The P800 lets you watch streaming video or video-clips on the go, and create Multimedia messages with photos and sound and send them the minute after. You can also add photos to your contacts to see who’s calling, and design your own wallpaper and screensavers. The e-mail, calendar, contacts and notes applications can be synchronised with Outlook and Lotus Notes on your PC. The P800 handles e-mail with attachments, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Acrobat. The P800 also supports GPRS, High Speed Data and WAP 2.0. Does anyone know anything about it (I don't even know if it is available in the US yet)? Or do you know any better ones you would recommend? Thanks.
WOW, that sucker has everything. Not sure if its available in the US yet, but since it uses GSM network, it will go through either TMobile, AT&T, or Cingular. The ones that are even close to that model is the T68 or the T300 model. My sister has the T300 model and loves it and a guy I knew at school had the T68 model and liked it alot. Hopefully youll get a hold of this thing.
I think you can get it for around $700 right now. It will will probably be officially launched here in a couple of months.
