I know. A-rod this, Schilling that.....the owner of the Sox said this, Steinbrenner said that. It is annoying the crap out of me. I hate the Yanks took, but, sheesh, enough already! Guess the ESPN coverage is one of the perks of being a battle amongst the biggest media markets.
My girlfriend and I are huge Rox fans. We also love the Red Sox as much as the next Bostonian... maybe even a bit more. So this morning my friend posed us this question: if you won a cosmic prize and could choose either the Sox win the Series or the Rox win the NBA championships, which would you choose? We both chose the Sox because it's the less likely case to happen naturally. Same question to you Manny, what would you choose?
Red Sox winning the World Series because they are the only one of my favorite teams that hasn't won a championship since I have been following them.
