    Unfortunately I can't find the whole fight but the final fight between Colin Chou and Donnie Yen in Flashpoint is great.

    I always liked the thinking that went into the final face-off in Commando:

    "We're gonna end with a hand-to-hand fight."
    "That's a given."
    "Schwarzenegger is kinda ripped. And our villain tends toward the flabby side."
    "Solution?"
    "Let's give him an Australian accent."
    "Yeah!"
    "And maybe, since he has no discernible upper body strength, we distract the audience during Act III by making him wear a sixteenth-century chain mail shirt?"
