If we wanted Dragic we would ahve kept Dragic, Artest is a different story. Poor Dragic, if he had taken a little less cash his career would be completely different.
That's not really true though, we wanted them back but at a low price, Dragic wanted a trade kicker and Artest probably wanted to go to LA all along, he even stalked Kobe and went to his shower after the game. Even in Hakeem's case, it's not like they wanted to trade Hakeem, it's just that they didn't want to sign him to more than 3 years, 13M, which to me is reasonable for a guy who ended up retiring the season after he was traded.
I thought Dragic wanted a player option that ultimately led him back to the Suns? I hope Parson doesn't get a max contract. He doesn't deserve it as of now.
Before I saw the Parsons part I thought he was gonna say the team will change their logo. This is good too though!
Yeah, there's always limits and conditions, and there will be with Parsons, too. I'm just saying that when an owner says "We won't lose anybody...we never do." He's not making conditions, when history shows he has before.
