If Rudy benches Cat and starts Moochie at point, I will never watch another Rockets game as long as he's the coach. Although, with some of the decisions Rudy's made so far, I wouldn't put it past him.
I fully agree with the last two posts. Roc03- the redundancy of the threads on this board is out of hand. I don't even bother checking half of them anymore. Lucky- I'm with you. I don't know who in the right mind would start Moocie (or 3/4 of the guards in this league) over Cat. Its pure stupidity to even think it. The only thing it would do is temporarily replace the "Trade Cat" posts with "Trade Moochie" posts, and increase the number of "We need Mike Bibby/Andre Miller/Jason Kidd posts"
Why do you think so many people come to the same conclusion? Month after month, year after year? Why do some keep making excuses? That said, I'd never, ever start Moochie.
There have been MANY threads exactly like this one. On the other hand, I don't see the point of dogging someone who has only been around a month. Everyone makes spelling errors. I typed Mobely and inconsistant many times in a thread. There is no edit. Then again, I suck at grammar anyway. Not attempting to step on any toes btw
IMPATIENT? If your talking about Cat's game give me a break! He's been in the leauge for 5 years now. He's had plenty of playing time to develop his game.
Yeah, but Yao, Posey and Eddie have not been on the Rockets for more then 1.5 seasons. It takes time to form chemistry between new players.
I agree. But I am wondering... How long have Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki, and Michael Finley been together? How about the Kings great team? How long did the Lakers take? If we benched the CAT...who would start? NOT Juaquin Hawkins...NOT MOOCHIE. It's funny that Cato said Moochie and him would be starters on any other team in the league...ANYWAYS. We can't bench him. We don't have anyone who's good enough to replace him. He could be a great 6th man though.
