ok... isn't it kinda late to change the meeting spot since we meet in less than nine hours from now? we'll be lucky to get half of the team to show up. how about we wait until the next practice for a court change?
if its at UH today, i don't think i'll be able to make it out there in time, but if it's anywhere near the southwest side, i could try and rush over and be just a bit late.

What, forgot about me? Unfortunately I have come down with a pretty bad case of a head cold. Probably my damn sinuses! If we had a game, I would play through it but, since my brother says he doesn't have the $8 to play at UH also, I think we may bow out for tonight as well. About the change of venue, it has been an ongoing issue for weeks now which seems to always be addressed only at the last minute. It's been alot harder, than I originally thought, for one of us to know of or find another place to play. Hopefully, we can figure something out. Hey Omega, let me know if/when you want to play sometime this week.
Too bad, I was looking forward to getting some scrimmage time against you guys. I'll be up there later anyway though, if by some miracle your practice uncancels itself.
hmmm... well... i guess practice was cancelled... maybe that's why i was the only one there. i don't have the means to check the site during the day (not all the time anyway, so i couldn't see that practice was cancelled). guess i needed the practice anyway. sigh.

Anyone interested in possibly playing a tune-up 3 on 3 tournament on July 23rd? My co-worker's church is hosting a 3 on 3 tournament and I figured it'd be a good way to get that competitive blood flowing. 25 bucks a team. 3 plus 1 alternate. 15 min games. Refs. Double Elimination. it's at Greater macedonia Baptist Church 5510 N. Sam Houston PKWY East Starts at 8am - noon 1st rounds play resumes at 1:30 and finals at 4pm. Anyone interested?
