So my brother and I have our monthlu fueds, so I'm trying to strike home this time. Take his bandwidth.

As revenge, I'm looking for I guess a program? that you can suck up all your bandwidth... I've heard of netlimiter, but I'm not sure if that necessarily works in this situation. Basically I'm on a router and I'm trying to concentrate the majority if not all the b/w to my connection. Is this even possible, besides via downloading and uploading?

Not sure what would work, but I do find your predicament to be very comical.

Certain routers allow to limit the bandwith coming out of each port or by IP. Depends on which router you have i guess. Check the settings of your router if you are wondering.
