We all know that no matter what happens, Scola will surely return and he's the greater priority than Lowry...what if some team signed Lowry to a ridiculous contract, who do you think Morey will get to replace him? my bet is Sessions or S. Livingston..watcha think guys?

I think Sessions would be a good target, if for some reason we can't hold on to Lowry. He puts up similar numbers, plays a similar game, and is about the same age. He also makes about $4 mil next year. I'd imagine we could resign Lowry for something less than that, but you can't really say for sure in a market where Johan Petro lands a $10 mil deal.
I can't tell if my sarcasm meter is broken. Unlike some other posters, I think highly of Taylor and even I think he isn't close to a PG.

I would love acie law, but I am also an aggie so pretty biased. Any of you texas fans though know all about his big shot ability. Anyways isn't he more of a 2 in the NBA? Kind of why he has struggled (not a true 1 or 2 so lost in the mix)?
I trust Morey when he says we'll keep Lowry. One thing's for sure: we're not getting a back-up PG from our summer league team. Yikes.

Lowry stays, unless he's part of a deal netting the Rockets a significant upgrade somewhere. Morey values him bigtime, he's a pretty important piece to this teams success IMO.
Why not go after Nate Robinson... he put in some good minutes in Boston and showed that he can put up numbers when they let him play in NY. I think it'd be a good pick up, solid back-up.
Lowry = back-up Scola = Starter Lowry might be younger, but Scola is more proven and you can depend on him game in and game out.
As a Life Member Texas-Ex, I believe with all my soul that Aggies suck eggs, but I would love to acquire DeAndre Jordan from the Clippers and acquire Acie Law in free agency. That said, I would prefer to have Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge or even Avery Bradley, but they aren't bench players.
