    P1 S2,

Inwood Pines - R.V. Mayfield from 1980 to 1994 or so. Ah, U-Sav what a store.

I wonder if you knew my brothers or sister. Nathan - '92 (football) or Valerie - 94(ummm, just herself)

    Hahaha

My bad, Rockets R Us, my comments had nothing to do with your basketball knowledge-- I was just talking trash because I thought you were someone you're not.

I went to Spring Woods also and if you know David Chinh, that's who I thought you were, because he's a bigass Rox fan and I know he checks out this site often. Sorry for the confusion

So, ol Coach Stokebrand got you guys doing the Tully cleanup again, huh? Brings back memories...

    Graduated 98

I actually only played under Stokebrand one year, cause he was coaching the JV then. he took over right after I graduated. We still keep in touch, though--how's the V-Squad looking? I guess if you're a freshman you might not know yet. Just wondering...

You guys are really bringing back some memories.....

I rememer playing football and baseball against Aldine, Eisenhower and MacArthur..
It's funny hearing you guys say that Aldine, Eisenhower and Mac are now playing Hip Hop. That was unheard of when I was in school.

    I'm a MB Smiley Grad..

By the way does anyone know the whereabouts of Bill Bates from Aldine???

Hey US to answer your question about the Support for BasketBall... There is only reason that I can think of. To most Texans football is the king of all sports, plus Basketball was considered an East Coast Sport.

The varisty squad still needs some work. They were listed as one of the "darkhorses" in the area, and said to maybe creep into the playoffs come end of season. Some of our freshman guys were playing defense on a varisty drill and we actually rebounded the ball twice out of 10 shots and blocked 1 varisty shot. I KNOW they still need work if they let 2 rebounds drop to someone a foot shorter than them and get blocked by a kid that's 2 feet shorter than them. Today was our first day of REAL practice [IMG] We had to be there at 7 in the morning. You know Coach Greenly?

Ok all my fellow Ike Alumni, here is an awesome site to get scores and sometimes they even have audio of the games. For those of us no longer in Houston, its a good way to keep up to date.
