Anyone have a list of avail FA PF's on the market right now.

    Kevin Willis?

We really need to get Vin Baker out there playing and see what he can do......

I looked at that draft. Why was Hakim Warrick at #20? He's 6-8 and has averaged around 20 points the last couple years.

I actually like Ike Diogu. He put up some great numbers and shoots FT's at 90%. From what i've read is that he's really only 6-7, not the 6-8 he's list at. However he's not that explosive either. I think he would make a better small forward then power forward, he has the shooting range, but as we all know, we need a strong, explosive power forward.

Getting Willis or Oakley will be nice. But I think we should try to sign Dennis Rodman if he doesn't ask for the max

I agree totally. Someone like Warrik is who i hope we end up with. We have needs and were gonna fill em. I wouldn't mind trading our expiring contracts for picks if we can. hore up for the future.

The reason Hakim Warrick is that low on the draft board is because he is going to be a tweener in the NBA. He isn't big enough to play the PF position and doesn't have enough ball handling skills to play on the perimeter.

I don't think that the Rockets are looking to add anyone for the rest of this season. We are going to the playoffs with what we have now. Spoon and Padget are probably still better than guys out there who haven't played in the NBA for quite a while.

    Kevin Willis.. LMFAO
If he made a difference, we would have kept him when we had him 10 years ago when he was in his 20th NBA season.

Dear people who are either a.) taking this thread seriously or b.) throwing up links to another PF thread,

This thread was intended to be a joke. Unless, of course, the author actually wants the Rockets to sign Oakley and Kevin Willis. Somehow I doubt that to be the case (and if it is the case, if any of you know the author outside of the BBS, please slap him silly). I don't know why people are actually taking this thread seriously. It's good for a laugh. Take it for what it is and quit being board nazis. Thank you.

But you seriously think people haven't made this post over 3 or 4 times already? Come on man, your new, look for threads before you make a new one because if it's a topic like this chances are it has been made already and chances are even higher that it's been made more than once.

But anyway Kevin Willis, Charles Oakley = No. I'd rather stay with what we have than getting another old guy. As we proved last night beating the team with the best record in the league at home, we can beat any team even with what we have right now. We'll just pick up Stromile Swift/Tyson Chandler/Donyell Marshall next year.
