Searching for ideas to go to after a dinner date that is conducive to talking on Sunday night in Austin. Coffee shops are out due to too much caffeine. I was thinking of trying to find an indoor miniature golf place or maybe just a nice place to walk. Anything going on on Sunday night that would be good to see?

i know you said no coffee shops but a cool place on lamar called irie bean has a neat outside area out back. and there are plenty of drinks that dont have caffeine like hot tea etc.

close to there is zilker park which has a bunch of nice trails to go on walks.

Pecan Street is going on during the day on Sunday, but for Sunday evening, you could walk around Lady Bird Lake, or hit Cedar Door for an outdoor cocktail.

Thanks for the ideas. I may try to move it up for Pecan Street, but if not Mt Bonnell, Zilker, and Doc's sound promising.

    The correct answer.

I believe Zilker Park is actually closed right now in preparation for that crappy ACL Festival next weekend.
