I dont really think that tonight's loss was due to Pitino talking about quitting. The Celtics played no different than they usually do. The fault was that of the Rockets, atrocious transition defense, careless play on offense and overall trashy execution by the guards. I actually think that the Rockets will learn from the horrible Boston game, and win the rest of the November games to go 10-6. That is Miami, Sac, and Denver. Sacramento will be tough, but the Rockets usually play up to good teams. Miami will be without several starters. The Denver game worries me the most. A mediocre team the Rockets are supposed to beat. An almost certain loss. the rockets say they dont get up for games against top teams but thats crap. Whenever they play a team like the clippers or boston they act like their just going to breeze through the game with a victory. But when they face a team that is supposed to be better than them they all of a sudden have their "A" game and always step up to the plate.I dont take this loss too hard though.
