    There are a crapload of reasons... we are at home, Qualls has pitched well and the one pitch they hit was low and in, just good hitting. We have no idea how long this game is going to go on, and Lidge is the one thing that tips the scale in our favor.

    Once again, Garner knew to leave Ausmus in... he knew to leave Qualls in, that is why he is a manager and we are chatting online.
