I wouldn't be too worried about not getting some...unless it's for a inter-league game. Those sell out fast.
usually early-mid february. My senior year in high school I got to intern for the Astros in January. I got put in the ticket sales department and I was suppose to sell tickets when they didn't go on sale until february
You can buy seats for almost every game cheaper on stubhub or through a ticket broker anyways and better seats. There is no reason to ever use the astros
I can't wait for opening day Giants Vs Astros Better than that. Lincecum Vs Oswalt. Opening day usually sells out fairly fast. Best Day In Sports Ever Opening day of baseball season.
Opening Day will sell out in a matter of minutes. Opening Day is a tough ticket. Any other Astros ticket is not.
I am completely serious when I say this...OPENING DAY SHOULD BE A NATIONAL HOLIDAY!!! I know it's only a sport but opening day is just an incredible day for fans/families. This season opener will be awesome but after that tix should go slowly.
It's not to bad in Houston but if you expect to go to Astros.com and get them good luck with that. Still not to pricey for opening day off stubhub.
Well wait till 8/11 and I guarantee you can get them for less than 50. Also the Astros will charge you 55 for these and give you worse seats. Now is not the time to buy as people haven't listed tickets yet. Just trying to help
Opening Day during the playoff runs...yes you can't get a ticket. But I went online and got tickets on the team website for Opening Day fairly easily last year.
If they are running a special of "Buy 2 Season Tickets, get 2 FREE!!!", then they are one desperate franchise for fans. You should have no problem getting tickets.
They already have plans available: http://houston.astros.mlb.com/hou/ticketing/flex_plans.jsp?partnerId=facebook_hou_14gameplans021010
