    Oh yeah, baseball season..

Texans still managed to draw me away from the Astros with all the Drama. :( The back end of our rotation is holding it down...Roy is too...Andy's late start is affecting him way too much I think (I didn't see the game, though, but I will tonight after work)

I hope the Astros can put it together today and salvage a win. Hate for our first series loss to be a sweep to the Reds!

Astros need this this one. This has been one terrible sports weekend for me. First Mario Williams, then two Weathers saves. Come on Stros!

Need Taylor to be our Stopper today. Can't let the Reds sweep us!

The Stros just need to get their bodies used to playing on the road again... the Giants series didn't help with that, and beating Arizona was no hard task.

A lot of these guys are just way too comfortable at MMP, and its no suprise that they always find a way to win there.

The way he flips that ball to the opposite field porches is just uncanny.

If he played all his games in MMP, Fenway, Great American, or the new Busch, he'd hit about 85 HR's in a season.

I'd also like to see Morgan stop trying to swing for the fences every time he comes up... its resulting in nothing but towering pop-ups. Just take the Berkman approach... try to make solid contact, and eventually it will find the seats.

Hopefully they'll be able to get 5 innings in before the rain hits... there's nothing worse than games that are lookin good for the team, and then u essentially get a "do-over" because the game isn't official.

I just noticed that both teams are wearing their red uniforms today.... what do they think this is, soccer?

    Weird.

I don't have a problem with pitching to Dunn (especially since he couldn't tie the game up)... but shouldn't have thrown the 2-0 fastball right down the middle.

Not a bad start.... but the walks at the end were unsettling. Lets hope that the bullpen can do a rare good job today.

I REALLY miss the days when I felt confident with the bullpen in the game from the 7th through 9th

I was thinkin the same thing. Let's see some vintage bullpen action circa 2004-2005.

We got lucky ... Our bullpen walked the leadoff guy with a one run game AGAIN, but the Ump made a horrible call
