He has allowed 10 unearned runs. Granted he has been the victim of few errors, but good pitchers are supposed to pitch around those. Only 2 of his last 6 starts would qualify as decent in my book. Not that I think he is garbage, just very average. The Astros made the signing think they needed a capable MLB pitcher every 5th day, now we have 6 capable MLB pitchers, and one of them is making x20 what the others are making, all while pitching less effectively.
He's gotten lucky to have the ERA he has with the way he is pitching. It should be a good half a run higher than it is. His K% is down 30% over his last three years of production. His FIP- is up 20% over the last three years. His fastball is a good 1.5 mph slower. If he doesn't improve K% back to or close his normal rate, his ERA will continue to increase the rest of the season. His last start was a step in the right direction.
Feldman's peripherals really suck. He's on track to have a 4.40 ERA by the end of the season if he doesn't start striking guys out.
